Shipping Deadlines
Any orders received by us before 12:00noon (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon will ship within one (1) business day of receipt.
gooeee ships by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous carriers for larger orders. Unless otherwise specified, US orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service, all International orders will shipped USPS. Please note that certain products that are classified as HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.
Parcel Insurance
gooeee will insure parcels at the published carrier insurance rate and bill the customer unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing. Should the customer choose to self insure, gooeee has no liability for lost or damaged parcels, once the parcel leaves any of our warehouses.
International Shipments
Please note that certain products distributed by gooeee are not available for export. Check the main page and product discription for details, as well as your own coutries regulations.
Return Policy

gooeee customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to gooeee. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. |

To obtain a RA#, call 1-907-590-8234, or email us at colemanks@gmail.com. A customer service representative will give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork. |

gooeee will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue. |
